Back in Business!

We’re so excited to welcome you to our new digs as we open Mr Pig’s Smokery.

The McCormick’s BBQ adventure began with Denny roasting hogs in the early 90’s, evolving eventually into a Mr Pig Stuff Catering company in 2006 and Mr Pig Stuff BBQ restaurant in 2010. While Mr Pig Stuff continues to strive as one of the Twin Cities premier BBQ caterers, the new Mr Pig’s Smokery is the latest in the evolution of their passion to bring smoked meats and craft cocktails to the southwest metro.
